Returns are only possible in the result of manufacturing defects or damaged items only. All other returns will be be handled on a case by case basis.
Final Sale: All made-to-order sales are final. Once an order is placed and production begins, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in cases of manufacturing defects. Please ensure you review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
Notification of Issues: If you have any concerns or issues with the received goods, please raise them promptly upon receiving photo updates of the products. We strongly encourage clients to thoroughly inspect the products upon receipt and immediately notify us of any discrepancies or damages, or reject the delivery if necessary. Failure to report issues within a reasonable time frame may limit our ability to address them effectively.
