General Questions:

Do you have a showroom to view the products?

We are currently available online only. We do hope to host pop-up stores in the near future. Join our mailing list to keep updated.

Can I re-commission sold-out ceramics?

On occasion, we can request commissions from the artists we work with. However, due to the vessels' handmade nature, we cannot guarantee they will be like for like. The uniqueness of each piece is what makes them truly special.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Our online store is set up to accept payments from all major debit and credit cards. We also accept bank transfers for bespoke orders.

Shipping:

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to most countries outside of the UK. Please contact us for quotes

What couriers do you use and how much is the delivery?

We use DHL (or similar) for the majority of our ceramics and accessories, and local couriers for larger items and stone furniture.

For international shipments of furniture alternative specialist couriers may be required. You will be advised by our concierge team of the options at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive the tracking information from the courier.

Who will be responsible for additional tax and/or duties?

Please note: We ship all of our orders outside of the UK on a DAP (delivered at place) basis.

Your order may be subject to additional fees or charges imposed by your local authorities which are out of our control. We advise you to contact the local customs office for further details.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Domestic orders: 1-3 business days from the date of dispatch.

International orders: 3-5 days from the date of dispatch.

Tracking information will be provided via email once the order has been dispatched.

What is made-to-order?

Our made-to-order service offers the ability to create statement pieces that are the perfect shape, style, colour and finish for your home.

The rugs: Select your favourite style from our collection, then contact us to discuss your customisation options. Don't forget to have your sizes at the ready!

Stone Tables: Choose from the standard sizing and signature Italian stones listed on our website, or fully customise your piece with bespoke sizes and further stone options.

We also welcome fully bespoke table designs and offer a free design service to bring your vision to life

What are your production times?

Stone Tables: 10-14 business days for standard designs. Occasionally times can take slightly longer depending on the stone mason's workload.

Rugs: 10-16 weeks depending on the design

If you are a professional interior designer, interior stylist or architect then we welcome you to our trade programme.

Returns:

Can I return my order?

Whilst we hope that you will love your order, we understand that sometimes it's just not the right fit. Therefore, we accept returns for refunds and/or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The items will need to be returned to us at your own cost in perfect condition and with the original packaging.

We do not accept returns on made-to-order collections. However, full quality control inspections will be carried out and images issued for approval before delivery.
