Collection Noir was founded in London in 2020 by Samantha Santini, an interior designer with more than a decade spent working at the highest level of residential and commercial interiors. That experience — specifying materials, managing commissions, understanding what clients actually live with — is the foundation everything else is built on.

The premise was simple: furniture made from rare natural stone, designed without compromise, available to those who know the difference. No imitations. No volume production. No concession to convenience over craft.

Stone does not perform. It simply is — and that is what makes it difficult to work with, and worth working with.

Every piece in the Collection Noir range begins as a made-to-order commission. Dining tables, coffee tables, consoles, side tables and plinths are drawn from a selection of rare natural stones — sourced from the world's most established quarries — and finished by hand by artisans who have spent their working lives in the material.

The result is furniture that carries the particularity of stone: no two slabs are identical, no two pieces will age in exactly the same way. This is not a flaw in the process. It is the point of it.
