HOMAGE COLLECTION - GRAHAM SPRINGER

HAND-SIGNED

HOMAGE is a remarkable, linen-bound archive of prints from Graham's collection of the same name. Made over the course of 12 years, whilst he lived and worked in the wilderness of Northern Botswana, this stunning book is very much intended as a Homage to this extraordinary wilderness area.

"As a visual artist, I wanted this book to be about the imagery alone and, through this, try to evoke an emotional sense of the place that I love very deeply. It is printed with only one image per page, with no room for distraction."

This 170-page large collector book offers a first-person insight into some of the world's most threatened species. " Through the lens of his camera and without a single caption, Graham Springer is a voice for the wild."

Canvas – UV resistant 100% cotton fabric with a white matt surface. The high-resolution coating on the printing side provides well-contrasted and high-density image reproduction.

Paper Print – Natural white, 295g fine art paper. This 100% cotton paper has a fine homogeneous surface texture. Being absolutely acid-free and characterised by a neutral PH value, the paper is extremely resistant to aging and is very light-stable.

Giclée Print  – The quality of a Giclée print is far superior to all other forms of printing. The word is derived from the French verb “gicler” meaning “to squirt or spray”. Because this printing process combines 12 pigment-based inks, the colour matching is almost identical to the original.
