We are registered in England and Wales under company number 12638958, with our registered office and showroom at Design Centre Chelsea Harbour, 2nd Floor, Design Centre East, London SW10 0XE. Information you give us
- Your name, email address, telephone number, and delivery and billing addresses.
- Details of your project and order, including specifications, site access information, and building management contacts you share with us.
- Your company name and details, if you apply for a trade account.
- Correspondence with us, including enquiries, emails and messages.
Information we collect automatically
- Device and browsing information, such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed and how you arrived at our website, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Payment information
Card payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.
How we use your information and our lawful basis
- To take and fulfil your order, including production, delivery, installation and aftercare. Our lawful basis is performance of our contract with you.
- To respond to enquiries and prepare quotations. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To keep accounting and tax records. Our lawful basis is compliance with our legal obligations.
- To run and improve our website and business, and to prevent fraud. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests.
- To send you news about our collections. We do this only with your consent, or, where you have bought from us, about similar pieces unless you have opted out. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Who we share it with
We share your information only where needed for the purposes above, with:
- our workshops, and the independent delivery and installation contractors who deliver your piece;
- Shopify, which hosts our online store, and our payment providers;
- Klaviyo, which sends our emails, and Google Analytics, which helps us understand how our website is used;
- advertising platforms such as Meta and Google, only where you have consented to marketing cookies;
- our professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information.
International transfers
Some of these providers process information outside the United Kingdom, including in the European Union and the United States. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or on approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
How long we keep it
- Order, invoice and accounting records: six years, to meet our tax and legal obligations.
- Enquiries that do not lead to an order: up to two years.
- Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal information, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use, and to data portability.
