All lead times shown throughout the website are estimates through third party shipping companies. Collection Noir Ltd is not responsible for any delays.
Your shipping options may vary depending on your location. Shipping options and charges are available on the checkout page of our Site for domestic and international orders. Due to the large size and weight of some of our products certain orders may be subject to additional shipping charges. We recommend that you contact info@collectionnoir.com should you wish to obtain a full shipping cost prior to placing your order. Alternatively, you can place the order and customer care will contact you to advise of any additional shipping charges.
All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products.

Shipping and Delivery

Third-Party Shipping: All shipments and deliveries are carried out via third-party companies. We collaborate with reputable carriers to ensure your furniture reaches you safely and promptly.

Liability Post-Dispatch: Once a product has left our warehouse, Collection Noir Ltd is not liable for any damages incurred during transit.
- Curb-side delivery is offered as our standard delivery method. White-glove delivery and installation is available at an additional cost and must be requested in advance
Inspecting Your Delivery

Inspection on Delivery: It is the responsibility of the receiver to inspect all items upon delivery before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL) or allowing the driver to leave.

Noting Damages: Any transit damage must be noted in writing on the BOL. Failure to do so will preclude a damage claim with the appropriate shipping company.

Immediate Reporting: If you discover any damages upon delivery, contact us immediately in writing. Provide photographic evidence of both the packaging and the contents.
Damage Claims

Transit Damage Claims: Collection Noir Ltd will not accept liability for any issues raised later than the day of delivery unless stated otherwise. Claims must be supported with photographic evidence and submitted on the day of delivery.

Manufacturing or Quality Issues: We accept responsibility for defective or damaged products if the issue is determined to be due to manufacturing or quality control problems. Please contact us promptly if you believe your product falls under this category.
We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for any purchased goods passes to you. The goods are your responsibility from the time we deliver them to the address you gave us. The courier will give you the option to update your delivery preferences once goods have been shipped. COLLECTION NOIR LTD will not be responsible for any delivery without a signature due to your change of preferences. Delivery will have been deemed to have taken place as and when the Courier leaves the goods in accordance with your preferences.
All international customers purchasing from us will be denoted as ‘Delivery Duty Unpaid’ (DDU) and will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only. Duties, taxes, and other compulsory payments when shipping internationally are the sole responsibility and shall be paid in full by the customer. We recommend that you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
COLLECTION NOIR LTD is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
If delivery is delayed by any event outside of our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to cancel your order and we will give you a refund in full for any goods you have paid for but not received.
